Return Policy

Each Toku Tile order is handcrafted and produced in small batches specifically for your purchase. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or custom selections.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or another appropriate solution.

We encourage ordering samples before placing larger orders to ensure the color, texture, and finish are the right fit for your project. If you have any questions before ordering, we're always happy to help.
